“After almost four years of continuous construction, we’re now eying the finishing line. These years have given both parties valuable insights and learnings, and we’ve also seen a massive interest from other countries and companies. Now it is time to bring the worlds first CCS-cement to the market” said Vetle Houg.

About the conference: 

Tekna's CO2 Conference 2025, held in Oslo  last week, focused on carbon capture and storage (CCS) and the development of value chains to make CCS a sustainable industry. 

The conference brought together professionals involved in CO2 management, including government officials, industry leaders, researchers, and support agencies.
